Not the right fit? We’ll fix it.

Unused products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with no signs of wear.

1. Email orders@casemania.in with your order number and a photo of the product.
2. We’ll confirm eligibility and share pickup or drop-off instructions within one business day.
3. Once received and checked, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping is free when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. For a change-of-mind return, the ₹99 return fee is deducted from the refund.

Personalised products, used products, and items damaged after delivery aren’t eligible. If your case has a manufacturing issue, tell us—we’ll always try to make it right.
